This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there
under, as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as
amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer
system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology
(Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy
and terms of use for access or usage of www.jains.com website.
Welcome to 'www.store.jains.com'! This User Agreement, the User Privacy Policy, and all policies posted
on our Website set out the terms on which JISL offers you access to and use of our Website, services,
contents, applications, products and tools (collectively "Services"). This Website has been developed to
provide information to the general public. You agree to comply with all the above when accessing or using
our Services. Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before using this Website.
Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the content on this Website, the same
should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes.
Your use of the JISL brand website www.store.jains.com and all features provided in the Website are
governed by the terms and conditions mentioned below (“these Terms”). For the purpose of these Terms,
wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” or “User” or “customer” shall mean any natural or legal
person who registers on the website as a registered user or browses the website. By accessing or using
our Website from a computer or mobile device (through iOS or Android application) you agree to be
bound by these Terms. The Terms and Conditions are also in compliance with GDPR policies though the
same at this present time apply only to EU member countries’ citizens and use of their personal data.
1. JISL INFORMATION
Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd (JISL) is the owner of the products sold by “JISL” (the “product” or “products”)
and the Website. As a User of the Website and its services you are contracting with Jain Irrigation
Systems Ltd through these Terms.
Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘JISL’ or ‘www.store.jains.com’ or 'we' or 'us') is a
company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Plastic Park, Bambhori,
NH6, Jalgaon Maharashtra, India and its company identification number 42028.

Your use of this Website and Services provided is subject to the following terms of use:

3. PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the Website, you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or
prohibited by these Terms or by any domestic or international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations.
Your use of Website is your responsibility.

As between JISL and you, JISL is the sole owner of all content on the Website including, without
limitation, all applicable patents, trademarks, copyrights (including, but not limited to, selections,

you may be requested to provide certain information or create an account with our Website or with any
other third party permitted by the Website. In the event you wish to create an account with us or provide
information you may do so by completing the registration process. You agree to a) provide true, accurate,
correct and complete information as prompted by the applicable registration form b) maintain and update
true, accurate, correct and complete information provided by you during the registration process. You may

If at any time JISL believes that your account and password is being misused in any manner, or that the
information provided by you during the registration process is not true, inaccurate or incomplete JISL
reserves the right to cancel your account and block your access to Website.
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify
JISL of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. JISL will not be liable for any loss
that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account or your failure to comply
with this section.
You are entirely responsible for all the use of services provided by the Website of JISL through your
account and JISL will not be liable and won’t indemnify for any loss that you may incur by either using the
services or acting upon any information provided by the services either directly or indirectly or by any
other means.
Details of User Accounts and passwords are stored according to the encryption and cyber security
guidelines laid down by the Government of India. However, JISL takes no responsibility for the protection
of the same and would not be liable under any condition to indemnify anyone for the breach of the same.
You further agree the following:
● Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
● Immediately notify JISL.com of any unauthorized use / breach of your password or account or
where you have reason to believe that your account may be used in an unauthorized manner.
● That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and
proper in all respects. You shall not use any false address, impersonate any person or entity, or
otherwise mislead JISL by sharing multiple address, e-mail Ids and phone numbers or transacting
with mala fide intentions.
● That in the event a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or
address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by JISL for redelivery shall be
claimed from you.
● That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully.
● By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale, conditions of
usage for the product included in the item's description and will not hold us responsible for your
failure to do so.
Jains.com shall not be liable to any User for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or
incidental) or harm caused to the User due to the unauthorized access or misuse of the Personal or
Sensitive Information by any third party. JISL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising
from your failure to comply with the above-mentioned guidelines or maintain security of your account.

The company takes the security of personal data seriously. JISL has internal policies and controls in

the basis of written instructions, are under a duty of confidentiality and are obliged to implement

14. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
JISL attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the product on the Website. However,
JISL does not warrant that the product description, colour, information or other content of the Platform is
accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The product pictures are indicative and may not match
the actual product.
JISL strives to provide accurate pricing information, however errors may occur. JISL cannot confirm the
price of the product until you make the order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to any technical error, JISL shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been delivered. In the event a product
is wrongly priced, JISL may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and
notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered, your offer will not
be deemed accepted and JISL will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for
further instructions using the e-mail address / mobile number provided by you during the time of
registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that
JISL accepts your order and you are debited for the price; the payment may be processed prior to
dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If JISL has to cancel the order after the payment has been
processed, the said amount will be reversed to your account/mode by which you made the payment. The
products available on the Website, and the samples, if any, that Website may provide you, are for your
personal and/or professional use only. In case any products purchased / received / availed causes side
effects or doesn’t suit you, please note that JISL is in no manner responsible for any such issue. You
should carefully read the individual terms and conditions in relation to the products and consult a
specialist before the use of the same.
15. MODE OF PAYMENT
You, as a Buyer, understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and
enforceable contract with JISL to purchase the products and/or related services using the Payment
Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to the Seller using the
Payment Facility.
You, as a Buyer, understand that the Payment Facility may not be available in full or in part for certain
categories of products and/or services and/or Transactions as mentioned in the Policies and hence You
may not be entitled to a refund in respect of the Transactions for those products and/or services.
Payments for the products available on the website may be made in the following ways, through SSL
enabled Payment gateway provided by Razorpay:
● Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking.
● Cash on Delivery option is not available.
Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended
to ensure faster processing of your order.
You acknowledge that JISL will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not
processing a Transaction or any delay in processing a Transaction which is beyond the control of JISL.
16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES
Once an order is accepted, the product(s) will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Period for delivery is
subjective to the product(s) of the order. Delivery times are affected and may differ depending on the
factors like availability of product(s), customers' geographic location, shipping destination & courier
partner's delivery time to location and availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number
and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
17. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
At JISL we take due care that you never have to cancel or return a product. However, we would be there
to assist you whenever there is one.
We have our cancellation, return and refund policy detailed out to take care of your hassles.
CANCELLATION
An order can be canceled only if it is showing its status as “PENDING” in order status. If the order is
processed, it is not eligible for cancellation.
For Cancellation of an order, the customer will have to send us an email to our customer support team on
Support@JISL.com with subject “CANCELLATION” and reasons for the cancellation.
Once we receive your request for the cancellation of product(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of
1-2 business days to process the cancellation request. The acceptance of cancellation request will be
notified to you by email. Refunds are processed in a maximum of 14 days from the date of acceptance
acknowledgement to your cancellation request by Support@jain.com.
Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
RETURN POLICIES
JISL follows a clear returns policy, you can only return the product(s) if they are damaged or any wrong
product(s) is delivered to you.
Instructions for refund of returned product:
Once the return product is picked up by the executive, the customer is required to email at
Support@jains.com for refund of the returned product(s).
● The invoice of returned product(s)
● The receipt stating the “RETURN OF THE PRODUCT” provided by the executive who picked up
the returned product(s).
The procedure for refund of returned product(s) shall commence after the receipt of such email.
REFUND
Refunds only for the return of product(s) if they are damaged or any wrong product(s) is delivered to you.
Instructions for refund of returned product are mentioned above.
18. APPLICABLE LAW
Use of the site JISL.com is available only to persons who are competent to enter into contract under
applicable law. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act,
1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under
the age of 18 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians
can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing any
material which is for adult consumption and the sale or purchase of which to/by minors are strictly
prohibited.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to pursue any action or claim against you in any court
of competent jurisdiction which we believe is the most appropriate to seek any relief. The courts at
Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or matters arising out of these Terms and
Conditions.
19. INTERNATIONAL USE
We make no representation that materials on this Website are appropriate or available for use in locations
outside India. Those who choose to access this Website from other locations do so on their own initiative
and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Jisl makes no representation as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the website materials.
Jisl periodically amends, changes, adds, deletes, updates or alters the information, including, without
limitation, the terms of use without notice. Further, jisl assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors
or omissions in the content of the website. Jisl specifically disclaims any duty to update the information on
the website. You are responsible for verifying all information located on this website.
All materials, information, software, products, and services included in or available through this website
(the "Content") are provided "As is" and "As available" for your use. The content is provided "As is" and
without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

may not be entitled to a refund in respect of the Transactions for those products and/or services.
Payments for the products available on the website may be made in the following ways, through SSL
enabled Payment gateway provided by Razorpay:
● Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking.
● Cash on Delivery option is not available.
Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended
to ensure faster processing of your order.
You acknowledge that JISL will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not
processing a Transaction or any delay in processing a Transaction which is beyond the control of JISL.
16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES
Once an order is accepted, the product(s) will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Period for delivery is
subjective to the product(s) of the order. Delivery times are affected and may differ depending on the
factors like availability of product(s), customers' geographic location, shipping destination & courier
partner's delivery time to location and availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number
and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
17. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
At JISL we take due care that you never have to cancel or return a product. However, we would be there
to assist you whenever there is one.
We have our cancellation, return and refund policy detailed out to take care of your hassles.
CANCELLATION
An order can be canceled only if it is showing its status as “PENDING” in order status. If the order is
processed, it is not eligible for cancellation.
For Cancellation of an order, the customer will have to send us an email to our customer support team on
Support@JISL.com with subject “CANCELLATION” and reasons for the cancellation.
Once we receive your request for the cancellation of product(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of
1-2 business days to process the cancellation request. The acceptance of cancellation request will be
notified to you by email. Refunds are processed in a maximum of 14 days from the date of acceptance
acknowledgement to your cancellation request by Support@jain.com.
Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
RETURN POLICIES
JISL follows a clear returns policy, you can only return the product(s) if they are damaged or any wrong
product(s) is delivered to you.
Instructions for refund of returned product:
Once the return product is picked up by the executive, the customer is required to email at
Support@jains.com for refund of the returned product(s).
● The invoice of returned product(s)
● The receipt stating the “RETURN OF THE PRODUCT” provided by the executive who picked up
the returned product(s).
The procedure for refund of returned product(s) shall commence after the receipt of such email.
REFUND
Refunds only for the return of product(s) if they are damaged or any wrong product(s) is delivered to you.

18. APPLICABLE LAW
Use of the site JISL.com is available only to persons who are competent to enter into contract under
applicable law. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act,
1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under

who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians
