Cancellation Policy

Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to describe the conditions and fees applicable to the saleable products purchased by customers' from the e-Store of Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. Any exceptions to these terms and conditions described herein require prior approval from Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. This policy is not intended to contradict any local or national laws or regulations that might stipulate customer's rights to cancel orders. If local or national laws prescribe conditions under which
customers may cancel orders, those local or national laws shall prevail.

Policy:

Orders once placed, will not be canceled without express written authorisation by Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd.
Order Cancellations by Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., is a different process and out of scope of this policy. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., reserves the right to cancel the products depending on any reason.
In case the product is canceled by Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., the amount will be refunded by the company in full within 8-10 business days.

Return Policy

JISL follows a clear returns policy, you can only return the product(s) if they are damaged or any wrong product(s) is delivered to you.Within 5 days from delivery date.

Instructions for refund of returned product:

Once the return product is picked up by the executive, the customer is required to email at
Support@jains.com for refund of the returned product(s).
● The invoice of returned product(s)
● The receipt stating the “RETURN OF THE PRODUCT” provided by the executive who picked up
the returned product(s).
The procedure for refund of returned product(s) shall commence after the receipt of such email.
